“I got the perfect room with a fantastic view and excellent service… There were three desk staff who were very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. They gave me clear instructions on how to reserve times to occupy the fitness center, pool/hot tub, and arcade, all of which had limited occupancy due to COVID.”
